Regarding the Extension of Temporary Closures at Mandala Yuen and Other Facilities

A Japanese black bear was sighted at Mandara Yuen on Saturday, October 25.
Bear sightings and encounters are increasing nationwide, and Toyama Prefecture is no exception, with incidents involving human injury occurring.
Although no sightings or traces have been confirmed since the 25th, the park will be temporarily closed to ensure the safety of visitors.
Additionally, the nearby outdoor facilities and the Yobokan Observatory will also be temporarily closed.
The Exhibition Hall, Kyosanbo, and the Sangaku Shuko Miraikan will remain open as usual
